Fill out the form with your details

Site Office – Complete the application form then hand it to an attendant, where a picture of you and your bicycle will be taken for security reasons.

Online – Once your application is completed and you have received your Smart Card please visit the Cycle Park where an attendant will take a picture of you and your bicycle for security reasons.

A refundable deposit of £5.00 is required for your Smart Card

Site Office - The attendant will add your required amount of credit to the card

Online – Please add your £5 deposit, any credit will be added by the attendant.

Site Office - Your card is now ready for use in the Cycle Park (Please refer to your system user guide)

Online – Your card will be sent to you within 2 working days
